Terms of Service

These terms cover this website and the Hollis, ZZZ, SAE, and Professor Discord bots, together called the service. The service is built and run by q.

Features may be changed, paused, or removed. Bot access is offered per server and is not guaranteed.

You must meet Discord's minimum age rules and be allowed to use the service where you live. If you set up a bot for a server, you must have permission to do so.

Use the bots for their intended server, moderation, chat, and media tools.

You must not:

• break the law or Discord's rules;
• spam, harass, threaten, or impersonate people;
• bypass permissions, limits, or safety controls;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or damage the service; or
• use content you do not have the right to use.

Server admins choose the bot settings, roles, channels, and people who can use restricted commands. They are responsible for those choices and for using moderation tools fairly.

Some tools can delete messages, change roles, restrict members, or save server records. Admins should tell members when these tools are active.

ZZZ can produce AI replies and edit images. AI replies may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions.

Only submit text and images you have the right to use. Do not use the tools to deceive, harm, harass, or violate someone's privacy.

Access may be limited or removed if you misuse the service, put the bots or other people at risk, or break these terms. Access may also be removed when Discord or a server owner asks for it.

The service is provided as available. There is no promise that it will always be online, error free, or keep every record forever. Keep your own copy of anything important.

To the extent the law allows, q is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, or problems caused by Discord, outside services, server settings, or misuse of the bots. Nothing in these terms removes a right or duty that the law says cannot be removed.

These terms may change when the service changes. The effective date at the top will be updated. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.

Questions about these terms can be sent to @Kansasq on Discord. For details about personal data, read the Privacy Policy.
