Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website and the Hollis, ZZZ, SAE, and Professor Discord bots. It explains what data the service handles, why it is used, and what choices you have.

The bots may handle:

• Discord details: user, server, channel, message, and role IDs, plus display names and server settings;
• Bot records: commands, vouches, reviews, hosting logs, proof, checklist progress, moderation settings, and moderation actions;
• AI chat: your prompt and up to 10 recent messages used as context for ZZZ's reply;
• Images: images you attach or reply to when using an image command; and
• Technical details: command times, errors, and basic logs used to keep the bots working and stop abuse.

Data is used to:

• run commands and send replies;
• save server settings, reviews, logs, and checklist progress;
• apply the moderation choices set by server admins;
• process AI chats and image requests;
• fix errors, protect the service, and prevent misuse; and
• answer support and deletion requests.

Personal data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Command results and saved records may be visible to server members or admins, depending on the command and server settings.

Data may be handled by providers that host the bots, store bot records, process AI replies, or process images. They receive only what is needed for that task. Discord also handles data under its own privacy policy.

Data may be shared when required by law or when needed to protect users, the service, or other people.

Server settings and bot records are kept while they are needed to provide the feature. ZZZ uses up to 10 recent messages as chat context. Images are handled for the image request, but the original Discord attachment may remain available through Discord.

Technical and safety logs may be kept longer when needed to investigate errors or abuse. Data may also be kept when the law requires it.

Server admins can change or reset many settings and records through bot commands. Removing a bot stops new activity in that server, but it may not delete records already saved.

To ask what data is linked to you or to request deletion, message @Kansasq on Discord. Include your Discord user ID and the server ID so the correct records can be found. Some data may be kept for security, legal, or dispute reasons.

This website does not have user accounts, advertising cookies, or analytics. The company that hosts the site may receive normal request details such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested for security and delivery.

Reasonable steps are used to protect saved data and limit access. No online service is completely secure, so do not send sensitive personal information through bot commands or AI chat.

The service is not meant for anyone below Discord's minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact q so it can be reviewed and removed where required.
